1. Choose the right device

2. Unbox and switch on
Everything ships pre-charged with large-print instructions. Most devices work straight out of the box. Where an app is useful (the SOS system and the Guardian watch), a relative anywhere in the country can set it up and receive alerts.
3. We stay on the line
Our U.S.-based support team is available by email. If anything goes wrong in the first 12 months, we replace it. And you have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund, with a prepaid label.
Shipping
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within one business day. Free standard delivery is 3–6 business days, with tracking by email.
