Shipping
We ship from a U.S. warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Standard delivery is free and takes 3–6 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund. Contact support@norlund.com and we'll email you a prepaid return label — there is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us.
Warranty
Every Norlund device carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a device fails through normal use in that period, we replace it at no cost.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@norlund.com within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement right away.
